Cleverdon’s is a well-known establishment in Temora that has been operating for over 70 years specialising in all general welding and machining repairs and the fabrication and manufacture of a variety of products including silos, comb trailers and sheds. We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing organisation.
About the role:
Our Steel Sales Assistant is responsible for providing support and advice to customers and interpreting customers’ requirements.
As a key member of our team you will be responsible for:
- Attending to customers sale enquiries.
- Proactively communicating with customers regarding their order status etc.
- Assisting with quoting and invoicing stock, fabrications and parts promptly.
- Maintaining stock levels and displaying stock in a neat and tidy condition.
- Following orders from start to finish including following up back orders and short shipped orders.
Skills & Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have an interest in or knowledge of the fabrication industry, demonstrate initiative, a willingness to work as part of a team, have excellent customer service, communication and computer skills, and be reliable and well organised.
